Transportation Disaster Response – Airport Preparedness Program |
| Description | This course covers the numerous challenges faced by airports and airlines in the first 12 hours following a major passenger aircraft accident, and equips participants with strategies and materials to plan and coordinate an effective response to assist the relatives and friends of accident victims. NTSB Transportation Disaster Assistance staff will lead the course and assist participants with planning issues unique to their airport. With an emphasis on Q&A, participants will have ample opportunities to interact with staff. |
