  1. How do I get Internet audio and video on my computer?
    If you have a multimedia computer (one that comes with speakers and sound), you can play the audio and video programs featured on this Web site by "downloading" a free piece of software called a RealPlayer. All NTSB audio and video can be accessed using the free download version available at the Real.com site.

  2. How can I best access the NTSB videos on the Internet? Consult the Help page for the minimum requirements your PC will need to receive these signals.
  3. My computer does not have video and/or audio capabilities. How may I access the information? The NTSB will provide transcripts here on our website of all "live" broadcasts.
