The Managing Director

The Managing Director serves the NTSB mission by providing overall leadership for the strategic management of the agency. Strategies of the Office of Management focus on enhancing individual and collective productivity with the appropriate tools and employing innovative and sound management practices. Among the greatest challenges facing the Office of the Managing Director will be to develop and sustain the quality of the agency’s highly skilled workforce, and the technology available for its use, in an environment where resources are scarce.
