 NTSB BOARD TO MEET ON GAS TRANSMISSION PIPELINE SAFETY STUDY

​WASHINGTON – The National Transportation Safety Board will meet to discuss its Safety Study on Integrity Management of Gas Transmission Pipelines in High Consequence Areas. The study identifies areas in present practice in integrity management programs that can be improved. The study draws both from NTSB accident investigations and from various sources of quantitative and qualitative information from throughout the pipeline safety community.
